Ambassador Wei Jinghua expressed condolences to our technical team

 

During the implementation of the Azerbaijan agricultural machinery and equipment project, the Afghan side temporarily added a large amount of additional technical support needs. Considering the particularity of the foreign aid project, we quickly unified our thinking and made “whether or not it is within the scope of work. The decision to overcome all difficulties to help the Afghan resolve all problems.

After the project ended, the Arab side held a grand equipment handover ceremony at the project service place Nakhichevan. The President of the Supreme Council of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan, Tarebov, and the Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Wei Jinghua, the Prime Minister of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic, Bakhsheev, and the Chinese Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor of Azerbaijan, Wang Chungang, and other leaders attended the handover ceremony.
